Outcome: Robust Flexibility
Using SmithBayes our client was able to gain better insight by developing plans faster, covering a wider range of different market scenarios, share assumptions and communicate output graphically. This gave them confidence to move quicker to market knowing it had capability to adapt the business plan as the market matured. From initial deployment at Group level SmithBayes is now being implemented in the R&D Group.
